After selling the evo and tried to buy a e46 m3 and failed because of all the scrap out there i gave up but wanted something nice for the summer. So just came across this and decided to grab it.
Its a 1998 m3 evo edition, 321bhp from factory. My second one of these but couldnt walk buy it after seeing it in lovely condition. 2 owners from new, full history, 114k miles genuine. Estoril blue with silver leather, a desirable combo with the vital genuine staggered witdth motorsports. Completely standard. Has the full tool kit in the boot, the warning triangle and the unopened medikit. Had the car about 2 months but only getting around to getting it out really its been parked up as been away and busy a lot.

full checkover and ecu scan, no faults logged which he was very suprised at and commented on its condition as far above what he sees now in the garage. May keep it a while, im really content its lying in the shed for the sunny runs out.

Anyway, il took few pics tonight, comments welcome

Thats all ^:o)

Any idea what's up with the different front plate then?

I'd get both of them changed so they match, other than that it looks in great order.

The front number plate ?
You assume cause its got a m3 logo colours on the front number plate its been in a heave front impact lol ? That has to be the craziest car assumption ever lol look how straight the slam panel is, headlights, headlight brackets, inner wings, grill etc. All perfect

I have a normal front plate for it but it doesnt stick, as the bumper has a curve in it and it constantly wants to fall off, where as that one in pics has been on for ages and has took the shape of the bumper.
Need to but a small bend into the new plate and also give the bumper a good clean as it has a few old stickies under it

Not really, have a read of car buying 101, it's not a crazy assumption in the slightest, a different front to rear number plate is usually a dead giveaway that something’s amiss.

Il fix the plate when i can be assed. Getting some pro pics taken this weekend, will fix it for then if i can. Wheels are definetly staying though, there lovely in real life, match the estoril blue so well when the sun falls on the car,
Its funny i managed to buy this, a e36. that was cleaner than 7 e46 m3's with a budget of 12k to spend. Never seen so much scrap in my life until i started to try find a e46 m3
