What did I just see? Part 2

Right, this has a similar ring to a thread not so long ago which everybody took the **** out of, but hey I'm gunna give it a shot.

I have just seen about 15 police cars, white transit vans with blue lights on, some other big random vans, some little van with what seemed to be some satellite on top and some huge big black S.W.A.T style pick up things with big trailers that were covered by a black sheet go bombing past, two lots in fact in the past 20 mins.

I feel as though I may not get anywhere on here, but any ideas??

Bomb scare most likely. The small van with a dish on top will be a remote control bomb disposal robot thingymajig. Could equally be training for such an event.
