Booking flights through Quidco

Just a quick question on Quidco cashback.

When booking flights (say, with Virgin), do you get cashback on the full amount, or is it just on the flight cost amount (excluding taxes)?

And did it track and pay out ok? Seeing some very negative comments about it on TopCashBack certainly saying it doesn't pay out and the amount tracked is just on the flight cost

I've never got cashback on a flight through expedia and quidco, measly 1% too. Haven't tried others. I've half a dozen still "pending investigation".

My mobile phone contract should have paid out £50, I did it end of Nov with a waiting time of 3-4 weeks and still nothing.

Yes it tracked and paid out correctly.

Good luck with that, it took nearly a year for Vodafone to pay out.

I can't even login at the moment, I reset my password and get something like:

Username: user123446
Password: 58UqPTaF

and I c&p it straight from the email (checking I've not c&p'd any spaces or formatting) and input it into the website and just get the following everytime:

The page you tried to view requires you to be logged in.

I'm never going to use them again as it's a nightmare.

I've emailed them and got no response the first time and the second time they just said there has been a delay somewhere along the line and they are working on it, still no money months later.

Hi everyone!

I can assure you that my post was not suspicious. I am currently monitoring that e-mail inbox whilst my colleague is away (it is where complaints are sent and is listed in our help pages). I only use my personal Quidco e-mail address for internal e-mails and don't want to post it publicly

Well I can login and access my account now thanks to Stelie/Julphen and a message has been left to say the payment is part of a batch that has been delayed and is being worked on.

Bit annoying I've had to go through this to get an update but I'll hang on in and see if/when payment is made.

Good customer service though going to the forums and helping individual cases.

The Quidco email says I'm getting tracked on £340 (which is just the flight cost before before tax).

So, what's going on here and how do I resolve?
