London **** WALK

Homosexuals didn't "choose" the word gay to "soften the blow of being attracted to the same sex" (did you really write that?) at all; it was a pejorative that gained sway in the mid 20th century. It's originally French, and it's meaning has changed over the centuries from something light-hearted and merry, through to something being lascivious and promiscuous, to something undesirable, to offensive, and finally to a modernly acceptable term. Much like homosexuality itself.

no no no, you have it all wrong in your deluded mind. Gay means happy. Just ask Bing Crosby. It was never promiscuous or lascivious, listen, my best friend is bi - i dont care, i didnt mean to offend, i just said GAY doesnt mean man on.. er man action

Lol!

Actually from what I understand the issue that they're trying to point out is that the manner of your dress does not actually have an impact on the chances of a woman being raped, and such "advice" and "common sense" divert attention from the real causes and issues behind rape.

Perhaps not, but psychological issues can stem from it. Women going around dressed as slags trying to get attention while at the same time not wanting it to inflate there own ego. All those women dressing as ***** to turn me on? Then pushing me away? That sort of thing can easily push someone too far.

Honestly how is it any different to the morons who dress there daughters of less than 10 in clothes designed to look sexy or get provoke a reaction? Its not saying paedophilia is somehow justified but it doesn't help the matter.

Provoking things does not make it right but you can't then act all innocent when something goes wrong and goes beyond your control.

Walking down a dark London street at 3am with my phone out and visible.

Does this mean I deserve to be mugged? No.
Does this mean I am more likely to be mugged? Yes.

Exactly. It doesn't mean its your fault but from the muggers point of view you're basically encouraging it.

Is it worth mugging that guy? He might not have much on him?

OR

Is it worth mugging that guy? Oh he's got his phone out, new model, can fetch a nice price for that...

How is that relevant? There is no evidence to suggest that clothing is a risk factor in women being raped.

So why are they calling it a **** march and dressing in a way in an attempt to emphasise such a point?

It seems like they haven't thought this through.

There and then? Probably not. Its not likely you'll be in 2 minds about going down a dark street and a woman comes into view and if she's swearing long loose fitting trousers and a large jacket you'll leave her alone but if she's wearing a low cut top and a mini-skirt you'll pounce her.

The psychological cause will build up over time. The women dressed as whores doing everything they can to attract attention then pushing you away when you show interest (not necessarily a perverse kind, just any interest). Its just begging someone to snap and take control.

This is pretty much my feelings on the matter.

Nobody deserves to be raped. But there are many ways where you can increase the likelihood of it happening.

Seriously, where are you pulling this stuff from? It almost sounds like you're projecting...

If that was the case the beaches would be full of rapists attacking girls in bikinis.

Girls are more attractive when they show more skin no one is disagreeing with that. I especially like volleyball girls and gymnastics, but I don't think that rapists are more prone to attack volleyball girls. It is just a stupid theory, good looking people get raped no matter what they are wearing or what they are doing, simple as.

Walk was pretty pointless imo and writing **** across your chest was meant to archive what exactly?

It's common sense though isn't it? I fyou dress like a **** then you have a higher chane of being raped. If you leave your car door open with the keys in the ignition when you go to pay for petrol you are more likely to get it nicked. If you walk through east london with your wallet on your open palm if it more likely to get stolen.

I don't think anyone would ever say it was a womans personal fault, but there are rapists out there, rapists aren't easy to spot unless they be raping, so take it upon yourself to take the appropriate precautions such as not walking down dimly lit woodland paths in skimpy clothes.

Dress like a **** and get called one. I remember on a night out in Hanley once that most of the women were dressed like hookers. Some sexy bur some were middle aged awful looking munters who were out for their daughters birthday - urgh.

Dress like a skank, expect to be called one tbh.

I am not sure why the video goes on about rape. Women wear short skirts for male attention and when they get it they complain.
