Anyone seen this recently ? what are your thoughts ?
It's dumb. Of course, wearing somewhat revealing clothing doesn't make you a ****, but if you're going to wear clothing designed to accentuate your sexual features, or arouse the other sex, you have to accept the consequences. No, that doesn't mean if you wear those clothes then you deserve to get raped, but rather you accept that you're going to garner attention, possibly unwanted, from the other sex.
Why wear clothing designed for male attention if you're not wanting male attention? And even if you don't want it, but want to wear the clothes, expect the male attention! It's stupid.
What are your thoughts on it?
I think it's more a protest against the idea that a woman could to any degree be considered responsible for being raped because they dressed in a particular way.

I also find it quite ridiculous that they go to all this trouble because of some simpleton Canadian officer who said something idiotic.
