you arent alowed to buy sharpened swords without a license?

my step son has a bunch of decorative swords and knives and they still would give you a big gash if someone swung at your full force, you could easily buy a sharpening stone and spend hours giving them a sharp edge anyway
 
its just scary to think what they would have done to her before they killed her!

My brother has a complete decorative collection of the weapons from Lord of the Rings and while blunt some of them would do a lot of damage, gimli's axe for instance is a full size replica weighing in at almost 30kg - you'd definitely do some damage with those even tho they are unsharpened.
 
Maybe the rope was to tie up the fake American accent so they could bury it and pretend a stupid girl from Devon never put on affectations that were so alarming yet also hilarious?
