Looks spot on for a decent gaming system. 
Spec looks ok, you could go with the Samsung F1 750GB drive and the cooler to the Gelid below:

You could save yourself ~£20 going for the OEM CPU as long as you don't mind loosing the stock cooler and extra 2 years warranty:

I would to actually hand on heart, I think once that Antec Kuhler is fitted you will be happy with how it looks and how much perceivable room there is inside the case.
It also means you can use the fan that is supplied at the rear of the case, install it into the front where none are supplied as standard to improve air flow.
you will stil get 4.5GHZ out of the CPU which is a common overclock, infact the motherboard has a pick your speed BIOS selection from 4.2-4.8GHZ
