New headset

Currently own Roccat Kave and the wire has gone really curly. Want something simaler sound quality, with surround sound. Will be used for gaming, listening to music, ect general use. Price anything below 100

Remove from the PC and hang it vertical overnight with the headphones at the bottom. It should untwist and stay straight for another couple of weeks.

Dont just drop the headset down, take it from the ground up.

I have the same headset and its a bugger for twisting.

I think its beyond repair, the wire is now kinked badly

Way to go there. HS1 USB and GameCom 777 are both surround sound.

And even headsets without surround sound become so with CMSS-3D and Dolby Headphone. So lots of choice out there if needed.

Got some Sennheiser HD 555's myself and they sound really nice with CMSS-3D.
