Ok all good people of GD I need your help / ideas on brightening up this little chap below, anything goes as long as it can still float to be able to take part in the race.

surely some flashing LEDs in the hat? a bit of glue gun stuff should seal it back up again and make sure it floats, just make sure the battery is on a long enough lead to drop to the bottom of the duck so it'll float upright

Yeah for some reason this year they came with top hat and black tie, makes it a bit awkward.

I had thought about an 'Iquackie Extremist' edition.

Nice one .... so far have the glasses made and stuck on plus I'm getting the hair ready. Need to find a band logo to stick on over the black tie outfit.
