New Car! E60 M5

I opted to not go with with anyone my insurance company recommended and took it to my local BMW Service Centre for a quote and the place that does their bodywork turned out to be one of my insurance companys approved repairers anyway.

Good work, if i'd just spent thousands on an m5 then i'd want it back in absolute pristine condition regardless of cost.

What is it with E60 M5 owners on here lately, loads of them

because of the F10 M5 the price of the early one has dropped down to something more affordable. No longer the preserve of the wealthier members on here (you know who you are)

Why is that people think the availability of an £80,000 car will have a big effect on the residuals of a sub £30k car

It's not as if all the demand for the £30k ones drops when the F10 comes out and they decide oh, I might as well spend 3 times more instead, is it :p

Unlucky :( hopefully you'll be able to get it sorted soon. I hate it when a plan comes together then something out of the blue wrecks the whole situation.

Camberley that's my neck of the woods, when shes all fixed up maybe i should get the evo out for a play ;)

Hope it all gets sorted :)

If we get Peerzy out to play, we could have some real fun! Z4M, Evo FQ320, M5 and Boxster S....could be interesting :p

Wow, looks as though you got of fairly lightly considering what happened! That could have been very nasty.

Indeed mate, If I'd come along just a second or two later then rather than just clipping his front brumper, it could have been a full on smash. Alternatively, if I'd been a few seconds quicker, I'd have missed him completely and been one happy bunny. Such is life.
