Exactly this! Fair enough if you just fancy some different/refreshing ideas, but you have no ideas at all?!

There's plenty of guys here who would gladly tickle her fancy for you :p
 
For my birthday my boyfriend took me to a spa day for two at Centre Parcs. It can be quite expensive but it's looovely.

(I'm not gay, I'm female.)
 
Get on the train to Newcastle, check out the baltic etc. for a bit, go to the living room restaurant for lunch, have a few drinks and take her shopping. Ideally tell her to pick out some lingerie of her choice, make sure you've got a hotel booked somewhere nice, i.e. malmaison on the quayside, bottle of wine and dinner by the river....then you're 100% set for an awesome evening ;)

You'd be an idiot if you didn't do something along the lines of the above!
