Bad day here. I should be on the road cycling from London to Brighton. However, my girlfriend fell off her horse yesterday and has damaged her knee, so I'm posting this from a hospital corridor. Gutted.

And to top it off, were meant to be leaving for a week in Cornwall on Monday...looks like that won't be happening either :(

I woke up this morning only feeling mildly awesome. But then I read this post had a quick listen to this:
