The fact is that the news can't cover every single thing, this won't sell papers, it won't make it to the top of the most read on the BBC News, it won't make me want to pay a pound to read it on The Times website.
Is it really important? I'm not so sure, it wasn't like he applied to join them or anything like that. He was given the title by them for the job he does not who he is.
The JNF have had some questionable practices this is documented, but so have Greenpeace, Oxfam, The UN, NATO, etc.
It wasn't like David Cameron was incharge or setting ideology or playing a Tyler Durden figure afaik he didn't have an active role at all and thus him 'stepping down' won't make an iota of difference.
