I contacted Corsair awhile back, because I wanted replacement sticky pads. I was told to email Kelvind directly and he should sort me out.

Here is the email I received
Hi,

Please send your request directly to [email protected]
Be sure to specify in details what part(s) you need as well as your return shipping address.
You will receive a response with 24-48 hours.

Thank you for choosing Corsair!

I emailed him telling what I needed (Just a pair of sticky pads) the next day he shipped me out a whole replacement fittings kit free-of-charge. I didn’t even have to pay for shipping! (Excellent customer service!)

Maybe you should do this, I'm sure Kelvind will be happy to help!

sent them a mail, hopefully they should come back with something more reasonable, I dont believe it cost $35 to post something that weighs next to nothing

ban? Sorry if I missed something, but we are the manufacturers of the Corsair H50. Your post came up in my Google Alerts and I thought it would be helpful to the community to know that have our retention kits available to help our customers out.
