New Rig - Recommendations?

Hey guys.
It's finally come to that time when I need to build myself a new rig, on top of my system deciding to hate me and die for some strange reason I could do with an upgrade.

I've been out of the loop for quite a while and am a loss as to what parts I'd need.
I have an £800 budget and I'm looking for a system that would be able to usually max out games and run smoothly.
I'll need a case too, seeing as my old one is practically falling apart!

Would really appreciate any recommendations as to what to throw together.

£800 is GTX560 / 6950 territory. Maybe a 6970 / GTX570, ignoring a SSD.

I'll be needing a new monitor soon but it's not totally necessary at the minute, I'll be able to pick one up some time after I've built my system.

i would suggest one of these if you are on a tight budget they are great for the money i have one and am debating getting two more for eyefinity
