The Eton Boys & Nunn as reported by the Torygraph.

A rare example of how "Photo Ops" are choreographed. Particularly entertaining are the amused and startled expressions respectively on the faces of the patient and a woman seated at his bed-side.

Sadly, Dr David Nunn has now been placed on Gardening Leave for embarrassing our glorious leaders :(
 
nick clegg has the mannerisms of a small boy in that photo it makes me seriously wonder how someone like that gets any form of power.

cameron is just a smug **** , the ill guy in the bed is clearly loving it and hoping for a punch up
 
Any substance to this beyond your dislike of the government?

Either way, it's not like every other politician in the world doesn't do this sort of thing.
 
I think we all knew that photo-opportunities were carefully stage-managed by an army of press secretaries ensuring the press went away with the "right message".

The real story in this thread is the surgeon being put on gardening leave - got a source for that stockers?
 
To be fair Mr Nunn should have gotten his information straight before flying off the handle, it also seems he requested leave, it wasnt imposed.

Another non-event media story it would seem.
 
what a crap thread, even for stockhausen. The guys reaction was way over the top, no matter how "right" he was.

Typical stockhausen thread, doesn't seem to register in his mind that every other politician plays exactly the same games with these photo shoots.

Think Gordon Brown and grovelling apology over the bigotry comment, was a classic.
 
I have a suggestion that might benefit everyone. Rather than Stockhausen posting a thread every time he thinks he can get a dig in at the current government, he instead writes what he would have posted on a piece of paper and places it into a shoebox. When the shoebox is full of paper he puts it in a recycling bin and starts over again.
