Identify this sea bird please...

...obviously this is the best place to ask this.

The bird in question was found in a park in Tunbridge Wells this Winter - I assume it's a sea bird?!

Went right up to it with the camera, didn't even flinch.

Looks more like some sort of duck or water fowl to me - although I don't recognize it at all. Along with the fact it was so tame, I'm guessing it's maybe a foreign species that was at another park, zoo, stately home, etc.

It's no sea bird that i have ever seen. Looks more like some kind of duck from the beak.
