spec me a new tv £1000 max

looking for a new tv to replace our 42" ambilight

looking for something a touch bigger circa 46-47" (wife wont let me go to a 50




need 1 hdmi input as everythings fed through an onkyo av reciever and one set of component inputs

3d would be nice for future proofing
and no less than 1080p


what do you guys recommend?

LG47LD950 can be had under £1k now, passive 3dtoo so no expensive glasses, looking at this myself but in 55" I actually prefer the 3d in passive rather than active too, no flickering so smoother action, and it doesn't hurt your eyes.

Bit over budget unless you've seen it at that price.

TX-P46ST30B is under 1K. Only difference I can see is the former having built-in freesat HD (which is a bit pointless if you already live in a freeview HD area or will receive this signal soon)
