so wait,
the De-Buff is on the xbow not on the FP/Scrakes?
from the way it's phrased it sounds like it's stronger now?

jumped on a server last night, all of a sudden I can't HS things as easily as I was?

If it was a random server then none of those changes will have been applied - they's just being trialled on some beta testing type servers atm.
 
Me and my younger brother got abit bored withthis yesterday so we came up with another challenge. What we did was join a normal game on foundry and picked the same class (lvl 6 sharpshooter) and then see who could could survive the longest, but we werent allowed to fight back so all we could do was dodge and we couldn't stick with other players who could kill the monsters. It was probly the most fun i had on a game in a while.

Then i hope you enjoy playing the new Hell on Earth difficulty (the current Suicidal but with all the beta changes, the current Suicidal is made a bit easier to bridge the gap between it and Hard).

FYI a "re-skin" means you just modify the texture on a model. The are completely new 3d models and textures, and full voice over replacement for every monster. That is a far cry from "just a reskin". It takes a crapload of work to do an event like this. And yes we know everyone would love to have a new monster and weapons, etc. But all of the people that do those things are busy finishing RO2 right now. So for now you'll just have to "settle" with gigantic free events like this that take months of work to create.

YES! Been waiting for the next event and this one looks awesome.

TBH, Killing Floor might just be the best PC purchase I've made in a couple of years now (after picking it up cheap in the Crimbo sale).

EDIT: I notice there are no shots of the Patriarch, though. Here's hoping he's remodelled as a Circus Ringleader!

I heard about this update last week, I can't wait for it go live :D

Killing Floor is one of the few modern fps games to actually keep me coming back for more so new content is always welcome :)
 
Quick question, my HDD failed a few months ago, lost all my steam games/saves.

Does KF keep my perk status server side or will they all be reset to level 0?

Well since the Summer Sideshow Event launches on Thursday I think we can safely assume that it will be on as a weekend offer and/or a free weekend.

You won't regret buying it, I'd happily buy it at full price if I didn't already own it :cool:
 
Cannot believe how fun this game is, only discovered it about a week ago being on offer on getgames.
