OcUK never messed up, your PC/NET is messed up. Reinstall the Internet then come back and tell us it is fixed.

Click on start, select control panel, go to add/remove programs (if XP) or programs/features (if Win 7). Select 'Teh Interwebz' and click uninstall. Then insert your AOL CD that you've used as your coaster for the last 12 years and reinstall teh interwebz
