Can this 6950 still be unlocked?

Thinking of buying a couple of these but only if they can be unlocked via the shader mod still.

Anyone bought one of these in the last week or so? If so, please could you advise if they are still unlockable?

Yes its the dirt 3 one. From what ive read its unlockable. Not heard from someone who has brought one and gave us the verdict tho, just what sellers and reviews have said.
