Does anyone have this,I have searched for reviews but cant seem to find any.

Does it work with windows media centre, as I have read a lot of bundled software is pretty bad with cards etc.

Do i just connect it to my sky dish and away i go is it as easy as that

Thanks

Just a heads up

I had an earlier compro card , I would never touch one again they are utter sh1te in my opinion

The BBC HD channels now use DVB-S2 encoding , so if you want HD you need an S2 device

Yes indeedy most bundled software is indeed utter gash , try the free mediaportal program it is great :)

I've got one. To be honest I don't really have any complaints about it, other than the build quality being a bit low, but for £40-odd it's not realistic to expect anything else. It's nice and cool when in use, a welcome change from the Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S USB I had previously, which ran red hot.

Drivers are solid enough. My only quibble is that they don't seem to provide signal strength information, which is an odd omission. Can't comment on the bundled software, I use the very excellent DVBViewer instead.

(and yes, you can just plug this into a Sky dish. You won't be able to get any of Sky's subscription channels, though, but all the Freesat ones will be available)
