Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

Those Supers are throws, so you can't combo into them (except with focus attack).
If you activate those Supers while in point blank range and your opponent isn't in hitstun or blockstun, it's a guaranteed hit/grab.
 
Anyone managed to fix the throw on their Sanwa sticks? Mine has gotten really loose (the throw is longer and doesn't feel as "tight") so Im trying that fix where you stretch the spring and then put it back in the stick again... thing is its a nightmare trying to actually open the Sanwa stick itself I'm tempted to just go and buy another one for £20!

They're meant to be very loose with very controlled inputs, they are only properly worn in after hundreds of hours of play. Sounds like an LS32 would be more your style of stick as the spring in a JLF is pretty much just there to put the stick at neutral when not in use.

Is the ls32 stiffer? I went back to playing on my SE with a newish sanwa and it felt so much more responsive and tight, I like it like that. I find it harder to dash with the looser TE Sanwa I have thats why I went back to using the SE until I "fix" it.

LS32 is substantially stiffer, a lot of people prefer them to JLF's and they slot straight into a TE.

They're famously easy to dash with actually as they return to neutral very fast without bouncing to the opposite side.
 
Ggs omh and elrasho, I think that's the first time omh got to see how badly I play against Abel. Elrasho, next time I am inviting Alex and Distorted in, I wanna see how they play against you, I don't think you'll be as loud then, had to turn my speakers down you loud mouth. lol
 
The omelette was really nice ;)... now wheres my peri burger meal with chips!? Im bored of playing Abel, I keep trying Guy but the execution to get his combos off are too demanding for me. I like Oni but hes a shoto and we have enough of them in our tourneys... who should I pick?

Try Viper or one of the twins. I think playing viper is quite difficult from an execution point of view however.
