Just been looking at the Asus ATI Radeon HD 6950 OC 2048MB GDDR5 which a few days ago was priced at £224.99 and suddenly it has increased in price to £259.99!

Why do the products on the Overclockers.co.uk website change so drastically so often?!

No, I have been waiting for a payment to come in so I can start buying parts for me new build.

Cant believe the price has increased so much, if it was just £10 or something I wouldn't mind but £35 for no apparent reason is a bit harsh!

Don't bother about the flashing...considering you can get a reference 6970 for just around £240 if you look around. But personally I would just grab that Sapphire 6950 2GB...the difference in speed between the 6950 2GB and 6970 2GB is like only 3%; it would be much better to grab the 6950 2GB with a custom cooler to keep it nice and cool and quiet, rather that the card with that piece of poo reference cooler and using that through the summer.

If noticed how they have gone up in price, they are almost around the same price as the 6970 now. I said the same thing about the xfx5870, 2 weeks ago it was £149, now its £199

Im glad cause i have 2 of these bad boys modded to 6970 shaders :D and 6970 speeds with no voltage bump :D

What voltage is your running? I unlocked my shaders only and overclocked it to 6970 settings, 880/1375. What do i want the voltage set at?

Nothing, its exactly what i have running mine 880/1375 default voltage 1.100v

though i sometimes if required run 980/1400 Xfire @ 1.225v
