Any more recent recommendations? After installing MSE, which deleted a few nasties I've also run Malwarebytes, and everything is coming up clean.

I'm still a little paranoid, so thought a good online scanner would be enough to settle my mind.

NB The Kapersky online scanner is not currently available

Use Nod32 and the Trendmicro online scanners as well as the installed MSE and I very much doubt there will be much able to stand them. Nod32 and MSE are two of the best...

You could also see if Avira have an online scanner as well, they have probably the best virus definitions, although they apparently pick up quite a few false positives as well.
