Overreaction or a genuine cause for concern?

In your dreams.
A few points, my parents don't accuse every person taking photos of their child as being dodgy.
-It was the length of time spent on one pose(25-30mins), with the child looking deeply uncomfortable.
-The child never spoke the whole time
-When my dad approached the two of them, the child kept looking at the ground and wouldn't acknowledge him.
Something with the whole situation didn't sit right with them and they genuinely felt concern for the child in question.

Or they are just exaggerating the whole incident to try and justify their actions, we only have your side of the story that the child was uncomfortable and didnt acknowledge your parents.

some bloke posted on ehre that his parents said a man was taking pictures of their house fro ma tree.
