I'd give sniper a bash at a fiver, but considering bad company 2 was a fiver also, huge difference in quality for exactly the same price.

maybe if it was £1.49.....

Torchlight is the only good thing there. But I already have it. And can't really justify Dragon Age 2 right now

Torchlight is a must buy for any fans of Diablo.

It'll also be good to prepare you for the sequel which is due out relatively soon and features multiplayer/lan support which the devs sadly didn't put into the first one.

Quite a good mod community on this one too.

Defence Grid - Worth the money
Two worlds - VERY VERY worth the money
Torchlight - Good RPG for the price
Tropico3 - If you like building games with some politics added then

go for it
