I wanted Fallout 3 and possibly New Vegas. How can they tease me in this way cause now I don't know whether to just buy New Vegas now or wait to see if Fallout 3 comes on sale. I don't even know if I will like the fallout games

IMO New Vegas vanilla is actually a better game than FO3, though there is not much in it. Many, many more quests and a main story which i think suits the game more.

I have not played the dlc's but i have heard they are not great.

Singularity has been on my wishlist for a while, but with so many games to play I will wait until it is on offer for around £3.50

I think Steam games are pre-patched for W7, Quake 1, Hexen, Commander Keen, GTA 1 and 2 etc

all working under Windows 7

Anyone been able to get today's Serious Sam achievement? Drown an enemy. On on a level right now with water, but can't seem to be able to push anyone in.

Lots of people swear by Mount and Blade. Ive tried my hardest to get into the game but it just doesnt appeal to me. I kind of like my games a bit more polished then that.

Simples.

You can't push them in, and they'll stop coming if you're in the water. I just kept squirming by the shore and this one fell in eventually.

Oasis level is probably easiest, you start in the water as it is.

So, do I buy the Doom pack for a fiver hoping they do the Quake pack for the same price or do I hold out and hope they reduce the ID pack even more?

Mount and blade is first person but if your used to oblivion you might have trouble with the combat system.
