Where can I go to scan my passport in my city?

Hi there, I need to scan my passport and some letters, and I dont own a scanner and neither do my friends or family, so where would you go in your city to use a scanner?

I was thinking maybe leeds uni, do you think they would let me go in and use their scanner? and if so would I have to pay?

How can you not know where your local library is, or any library at that!?

Not to mention, Leeds has a massive library right in the centre of town.
