Never skimp on my PSU is what they all say

I have only £25-30 MAX to spend on one

550W Plus
powering an AMD Phenom II x4 955 black edition and other components

I have absolutely no money at all left, I was looking for one of those CIS 650w gold dual rail ones

But people constantly give me stick about it and I'm skint and at uni! :(

Help please!
Thanks!

Do you drink or smoke? lay of the fags/beer a bit and you can afford a PSU and not a potential bomb/smoke machine.

well here, I have important uni work to do, I am 20k In debt, I only have £30 left, scraped enough for food, and have a silly job which pays the rent at primark, and I don't smoke or drink!

So lol
Over-Voltage Protection (OVP)
Over-Power Protection (OPP)
Short-Circuit Protection (SCP)
100% Hi-pot, chroma and burn in function

That must be good and arctic power I head are a good brand.

At least I'm doing my research ^_^

once again i will link to my favourite power supply review video:

hopefully now you will see why you shouldnt go with unbranded/no name branded PSU's, and will only go with a decent brand

lmao thats a good one that and I completely understand, I will be building a £1000 rig one day, but its just to get me through the last year of uni and need 500w at least, so the arctic power with all its surge protection and good reviews, why not!!!

aahaa put me of the cit!
