Titled Assimilation's Failure, Terrorism's Rise.

It gives an interesting outline regarding the radicalisation of some Britain's Muslims and the failure of multiculturalism as a political policy.
The part I was shocked at is that German citizenship is determined by blood and not by place of birth.

The link's there should you wish to accept it. :)

edit: on a lighter note there's a link at the bottom right of that page to an article about animal mascots during the American Civil War.

I'd completely forgotten that today is the anniversary of the bombings. Normally there's something on the news. I suppose it's been overshadowed by more important stories. Like providing minute by minute updates on the goons who've camped out to see Harry Potter.

Ridiculous, isn't it? RIP. :(

It's not that shocking surely - it's not the only way you can get German citizenship :p

Interesting that with all the NotW stuff everyone has forgotten about it. Either that or we just don't harp on about stuff as much as the Americans do.

As A Muslim myself I feel ashamed and also saddened about this day, RIP to the ones who got killed. just remember guys these Muslims don't represent all Muslims, they are the minority.

I feel ashamed to have forgotton this anniversary.

Don't. Unless directly affected by it most people don't remember. Hell, I was in two separate towns that were bombed in the run up to Omagh and I couldn't tell you the dates. And most British don't remember Omagh either, despite it being the single largest loss of life in a terrorist attack in the UK for years, up until 7/7.
