just purchased it as i am dissapointed with the nhs treat people these days.., because when i went to the doctors they did a crappy 2 min job , so if anyone wants there's done let me know, the machine is suppose to be exellent..

I don't know what experience you've had, but I had my ears' syringed and it was all perfectly fine.

why dont you just put olive oil in your ear ? a few drops leave it in with your head tilted for 5minutes...

that wax will work its own way out

olive oil blocks it up even more mate, theres some in there now and i heated it as well , this is the reason i bought this machine , because it should break it down hopefully

I don't know if you actually understand what you're doing. Olive oil should soften the wax, and then it is safe to use the machine to clear your ears out. It's not a good idea using this machine to clear hard wax out
