Corsair H60 or Noctua NH-U12P SE2 ?

I've ended up with both of these. Installing today on i7 2600K.

Can't decide!

Will be using 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (it's tall). Thinking H60 might be easier in that case?

give the ram to me then you will not have the problem lol.

its a lot of messing but your going to have to do some testing.

I'd favour the Noctua purely for quietness but if it gets in the way of the RAM then I'd change it or failing that use the H60.

change out the fans? then you only have the pump noise...

Well I've installed the H60, and the pump noise is horrendous.

Loudest thing I've ever heard. If it doesn't quieten down, the Noctua is going on instead.

one thing about the corsair pump is it may go quiet and silent after a few days running (5 to be exact) apparantly its just air thats causing the rumbling/noise... but there are many where the noise does not go away even after a week.

If that is the case check Corsair help and support forums there is a proper process to rma it

As you may have found out the Noctua is fine with that RAM.
