AHello,
I purchased a Titan Xenomorph nearly a year ago now, and this hasn't been a huge issue before now because it was very rare, but the frequency of BSOD'ing during gaming is now ridiculous.
I have the normal Xeno system (i3 @ 4.2Ghz) with the only difference being a stock 460GTX.
This happens pretty much every time, be it Black Ops, Batman AA, or any game really. A few minutes in I'll get a BSOD and I can see "physical dump of memory".
A friend had a similar issue, and a quick resolution was to remove the overclock (back to the standard 2.93Ghz) and he hasn't had any issues since. Could it be that the OC is too aggressive? What are peoples thoughts? And what exactly does the "physical dump of memory" screen mean? There isn't enough time for me to catch all the details.
Would anyone be able to talk me through tweaking the clock, to say 3.6Ghz? And see if that helps?
Thanks,
Chris.
