Now i have not plugged in my iphone for an update for a year and i really need to now has many apps dont work and the phone is becoming buggy. How do i save all my info, my contacts, my emails and pictures etc.. as far as i aware when i plug it into my new laptop it will wipe off all the info right??

if you can't even turn it on then theres no way to get data back. If you can turn it on then in itunes just plug it in and click sync it will automatically backup everything.

yes the old laptop is finished, ive removed the hd and even that is dead.

Will plugging my iphone 4 into a fresh itunes on a new laptop not wipe all the info off it? its the contacts, notes and pictures im worried about more than anything not ht music

Yes, plugging it into a new iTunes will indeed wipe the phone. I am unsure now if there is a way to retrive the data. Someone else hopefully may come along to help.

On new machine, Log into iTunes with your current account. Right Click on iPhone in side bar, Transfer Purchases. And then do a back-up from within iTunes.
