I only wanted to buy a new wrist rest for my out of warranty reclusa, but they couldn't supply one. They checked and according to their systems it was still in warranty (not according to the packaging and purchase date though...).

Ended up with a new Sidewinder X6 keyboard for free, although it took a while to arrive as it was on back order. Overall very impressed though!

I remember that! xD hoping I won't have to send anything in, apparently a lot of the time they just send a new one out lol.

That's the thing, it wants me to pay for support :o
 
Nah, nothing there. We bought two, one had a label with PID attached. The other one, this one, is simply missing it.

Have emailed another support line explaining the situation and asked for it to be forwarded.
