AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 95w showing 106w

Just bought a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 95w for £80 on ebay. It's weird that CPUID is showing the TDP to be 106w and Hardware Monitor Pro is showing 111.15w I don't understand and just updated my motherboard bios too.

Anyone else with a 1055T 95w that can post a CPUID screenie to compare with?

Mine did, don't worry, and mine was the best binned 1055T I've ever seen.

Was only slightly worried because my Asus minitx motherboard supports up to 95w max. Though if you say this is normal like yours, then will just leave it as then. Asus stated that it does support the 1055t 95w.

Mine says exactly the same and is also a 95W version.

Does this cpu not turbo boost? if so perhaps thats the wattage when using turbo boost as it is the max TDP ?

It does indeed turbo boost.
However Turbo boost reduces other cores to stay within its TDP design.

Do they have 95W printed on the top? Could easily be a 125w.....

My 140w 965BE shows up as 131W.

My 95W reported at 106W. Stock and heavily OC'ed, and that was a cherry picked 1055T 95W. It's a pointless thing to have in CPUZ.

CPU-Z doesn't report the correct wattage.
