Hi there,

I've just made a order for 12 mouths xbox live on ebay and after making it I never got my code. It says "10 Minute Dispatch" now by looking at the reviews of the member he sends the code via message.

So, after about 30mins of not getting sent the code I sent a e-mail saying if I don't get the code soon I'll leave bad feedback. So, still no reply or code. I phoned him up via the number and he got abusive and would not send the code.

So, where do I stand now? I tried to stop the money but can't via paypal :eek:

I thought emailing of goods was banned. Ie digitally delivered goods?

You will need to open a dispute via paypal.

Ye so did I.

He got feedbacks like this "Great service, verified by phone and was up and running within minutes. Thanks!"

So, he can't make out he don't send codes by messages .

I've just mange to open a case with e-bay so will see what they say when I get a e-mail back from them.

After 30 minutes you sent him a message threatening to leave him bad feedback? Did it ever occur to you he may have been doing something at that time and wasn't able to send it? No wonder he was abusive when you rang him, learn some ****ing patience.

If you'd have done that with me I'd have done exactly the same.
 
If it's not an automatic system (which it likely isn't) then give it a bit of time, he might be taking a **** for christ sake!

If the ad stated 10min dispatch, then the seller is at fault, busy or not.

The guy shouldn't claim it if he can't stick to it, but lets keep things in perspective here... the OP called and emailed the guy after 20 minutes of extra waiting, that is quite odd.
