Got one stuck in my dell, was very unimpressed that a £550 monitor would let them in, then noticed a few monitors at work had got them, all Dells as well
Looks like a design flaw

It's not just dells, every summer we get threads about this.

Stop leaving the windows open unless you have a mesh to stop bugs getting in.

These bugs are small enough to crawl behind an LCD screen, so I doubt a mesh would really work. They're obviously determined little blighters.
