Birthday present for a 10yr old boy?

All parents not letting thier kids have a BB gun are too lazy or too busy? seriously?

Not sure about the Nerf gun... He's would end up shooting his sister and that would annoy his parents lol.
DVD sounds good, but not sure what DVD to get.. I might end up buying one he already has.. unless there are any new ones that have just been released??
I would get Lego - but his aunty's boyfriend works for Lego so he already has lots of (free) Lego toys!

The truth hurts but then it's not all down to the parents it's also the nanny state nonsense like no you can't do that it's against health and safty or keep your kids locked up so pedo's and the like don't take them. Back when we were kids helth and safty consited of the green cross code, Stranger danger & such not "Oh this guy ran me over because I wasn't looking therefore I can sue him for dangeorus driving" or "I Didn't keep an eye on my kids or what they were doing when they were under my supervision and now they've gone missing/gotton hurt it must be the fault of the police or whoever created the thing that damaged them." the world has gone to pot because of these types of idiots and we all know it.

Mine did too then they realised their mistake as I didn't accelerate in a sensible fasion incidentally I wasn't allowed to drive again until I had my provisional.

There's plenty to get 10 years. Problem is most kids have everything by their 10th birthday. A friend of ours bought their kids an itouch each (4 and 5). Ridiculous and unimaginative!

Have you lost your mind? giving air rifles to 10 year olds? lol, you do realise you can kill somebody with one of these? and you are recommending giving one for a kids 10th Birthday lol

This is the Capt'n we're talking about.. He lost his mind years ago when captive in the gallows.. He slipped out one night.. the rest is history..

If you're sensible and teach them how to use it properly under supervision then yes it's a good idea hell I've known parents who're avid gun entusiasts taking their 5-8 year kids out clay pidgeon shooting.
