Everyone would bend over for Richard Branson.
I've always dreamt of buying a large island and creating my own version of a perfect culture. No currency, completely state-run with every job being equal. The better jobs would require greater dedication but would be more fun like game design.
I've found a flaw with this. Why do the hard or heavy training jobs, for nothing extra. I might as well just do something easy.

you seen where most septic tanks are? there's a reason they aren't done by robots now and it's not just cost.
but I'm glad your "super supper human replacement ai will be invented" approach is still going strong.
Who going to do the heavy manual labour making the bits to make those robots?
Who's going to mine the ore and drill the oil, process it, clean and maintain the machinery do tedious front line call support for when the computers break?
Who is going to clean the robots that clean septic tanks?
what happens when the people capable of doing the complicated exceptional jobs don't want to?
And you don't have the current system of just paying huge sums to get them into it, so your doctors go off and becoem gardeners or school teachers and you're only left with keen but substandard people + a couple of good ones but not enough to meet demand?
