EMERGENCY! GFX BEFORE MIDNIGHT OFFER :/

If it's the Arctic Power 500W that I can find details of then it would seem you were correct about 18A on the 12V rail. That's 216W.

Virtually everything in your PC runs off the 12V rail.

The GTX 460 is around 150W when under full load so that only leaves 66W for the rest of your system.

I would say you're going to struggle.

will that be able to power my 955 build, and what about the lepas?

psu ???????????

You can always try it with your existing PSU and see how you get on then look into a new PSU if it isn't enough.

Realistically I'd say you need something like this as a minimum:

Lepa W-Series 450W '80 Plus' Power Supply

30A on the 12V rail compared to the Corsair's 28A

It also has the 2 PCI-E power connectors you need for the GTX 460 compared to the Corsair's 1.

There are a few other PSU's to consider up to the £50 mark.
