If you buy something specifically because it has next day delivery, would you be happy waiting a few days after for it to be sent?
Same thing here, he's waited 30 minutes, which is three times the 10 minute dispatch, and all he's got is abuse from the seller.
It's not impatience. It's blasphemy! It's madness!

Well I would try go through paypal but not be to optimistic of your chances.
He does claim 10 minute dispatch which if he can't deliver then shouldn't put it down but 30mins isn't a very long time to wait and start sending threats about bad feedback, I would have waited till the next day to send a polite email asking about an eta since there is many things that can come up in a person's life to cause a delay in responding.

I hate ebay now.
Someone bids and wins on something. Then refuses to pay because I dont no longer have a receipt for the item to prove theyre genuine. Why bother bidding now I've gotta try and get a second chance offer as I don't want to relist for another 7 days :|

Just quick update.
He did a refund today and then later on he threatened me. So I've been talking to ebay live support and they have taken appropriate action against him.
He some how mange to change the bad feedback I left him as well.

I ain't bothered that he said that as I know he won't do crap.
But, why should I let him talk to me like that when I can report him.
How was it possible for him to change the feedback I left him?

Yes because I did 1 star on all the things and I also had a look at his feedback after I did it and it was red.
I don't know, I'm wondering if he mange to get into my account or something as how else would he know I don't have any thing in my bank card. /:

Uhhh... to my knowledge, you *can't* change it, you have to dispute it through paypal? If he makes another record the call somehow and alert the auction site imho.
