Ah, does this mean we're at the "it's common sense, gays aren't normal" stage of the argument?
Do you have any supporting evidence for the "wrong in the head/faulty gene" argument? I think it would be interesting to see as nothing I've yet heard of has conclusively proved why some people and some animals are homosexual - if you've got the evidence then it would help to settle the debate.

They can have kids, but not together they cannot, either one or the other is the biological parent and the other will always be a proxy.
A man and a woman need no such surrogate and both are connected biologically to that child.
It is silly to ignore that fact when discussing the pros and cons of Homosexuality as a life choice (and I do not mean that homosexuals are not born being the way they are)

true atm, although in time it's more than likely that the DNA from both fathers could be taken from sperm from each and recombined in an egg with it's DNA removed then it could be implanted into a pure surrogate with no genetic link to the child.
Would probbaly be very expensive though.
However castiel the fact that two of them together cannot make a child does not change the fact that gay people can produce children, they are not infertile so his supposition that mankind would be wiped out if all were gay is wrong.

Sex is sex, it is neither right or wrong, it has no moral compass.
If the two (or more) adults are consenting then it is entirely up to them what kind of pleasure they want as long as it doesn't intentionally injure or kill or involve those who cannot either object or are children then we should have no right to judge what they do.
However, like many things in life, keep it private. There are many people who neither want or care what you get up to in your sex life and if you decide to publicly flaunt your sexuality overtly then be prepared to also accept the negative as well as the positive.
This is life, be gay, be straight, just don't be a pain in other peoples arses (unless they consent)
