Apart from last round AWESOME night tonight!

I was underneath a helicopter and shot it from underneath with an ATF no damage whatsoever, a guy jumped out. I shot him in the face he didn't die, so i ran over the hill behind the rocks. I stabbed him in the back AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN and one more time but in the head, (enemy killed). Shots were not hitting the target at all, headshots not happening. If i was a crappy player then yeh i'd need to aim better, but even without the uav i'm not that bad!
 
Few very hectic rounds, particularly on isla inocentes. I started as a medic, not that often i choose that class, nice change tbh. Healing as opposed to killing.:D
 
Every time i'm going in for a knife kill, when i'm about 5 feet away from the person it'll just freeze and i've to go in blind :( pings are through the roof!! :mad:

Mate bought this on the Steam sale for a fiver so i've re-download it to have a go with him.

It's still a laggy piece of **** where everyone plays as the sniper class. If you're thinking about getting this game, don't.

Your problem seems to be the choice of servers or lack of taste.

1) Quite a few servers limit Recon class to 1-3 per team.
2) Recon is not solely a sniper class, there are many different roles that a Recon can play and camping is only one of them.
3) The "lags" you're experiencing are either due to your connection issues or server related. I certainly don't experience any on most servers.
 
Well I joined my mate and they were a;; U.K servers as far as i'm aware, full of advertisements for their clan and whatnot. Basically I shoot someone and kill them then the same person kills me. It's total bull**** because i'm always the 1st one in getting the shots off on target and hit markers popping up all the time. On these servers I had between 45-50 ping too so I don't know what the problem is, never ever got this on CoD4.

i wouldn't bother mate this is the guy that blames the game for his appalling aim ,and also says because no one was playing it 9 months before it was released it's a bad game.
 
So you're saying the guns on CoD 4 don't have any recoil what so ever? Oh dear, what version have you been playing. :(

So far i've been leveling the Akaban 47 (or w/e it's called) 3 round burst gun and the M16 which i've just unlocked. I can hit people from across the map because both those guns have little to no recoil and high damage.

I asked a few legitimate questions about faults that were present when I last played the game about a year or so ago only to be immediately shot down by a lunatic BFBC fanboy. So how come when I shoot someone I kill them yet they somehow still manage to kill me? Please educate me here because i'm clearly doing something wrong according to you pro BF players.
 
Bought BFBC2 in the Steam sale and only got around to installing it last night as I slept. Will have to look into getting a microphone although I have my X11 from my 360 but I think they're buggered (they didn't last very long and I took great care of them as they were my 2nd pair)

I've played a lot of BC2 on the 360 so it can't be to different.
