there are many ways to interpret a song
some may prefer one version some another but it doesnt mean that one is crap and the other not.
take these two versions of the same song..
personally i think the first is the winner but lol every time i hear the second :)

It does not.

Metallica (pre St Anger for me). Megadeth (haven't really heard their 4 latest albums but R.I.P is godlike). System of a Down (only ONE song I hate by them and that's Roulette, all the others are between Good and Awesome). Tool. Rammstein. Machine Head.
Just some of the fantastic bands from my music folder.


I don't really like the screamy stuff, prefer to be able to sing along (gay). I do have a soft spot for Slipknot and Mastodon (particularly their Leviathan album) however compared to many other bands, these are not screamy at all.


For troll's/hypocrisy's sake, I put it to you that HippyHop, RnB and most forms of Rap Absolutely SUCK.

Me too, the guy is incredible. Also can't wait for the new Mesuggah album, I heard it was coming out in september :D

They *were* 5 years ago and it was most successful not best selling, according to one metal hammer article.
I'd dispute it at the time annd it's definitely wrong now, there have been metal bands that have got a lot more success, bring me the horizon for instance, I'm not a fan at all, but they've had more commercial success than cradle ever had. Cradle have always had a lot more coverage and attention than their actual sales/show attendance would merit.
