Understanding dreams : can anyone explain these?

For years Ive had a recurring dream, it happens sometimes a few times a year, but Ive had the same dream on and off for probably twenty years.

Its always the same, my parents are getting work done in their garden, but I know there are bodies of women I have murdered and hidden there and Im always trying to do everything I can to stop them discovering them, there has been various outcomes in my dreams, from me digging up the bodies and moving them, to being powerless and led away by police as they are discovered, I think the worst feeling was when in a dream, my parents sold their house and the new owners were putting a new patio down, I could see it all happening before my eyes.

So, any explanations as to why I keep having this recurring dream? Its always at my parents house so Im guessing it has something to do with keeping feelings or something else hidden from my parents, but other than the usual stuff you wouldnt want your folks finding out about, I cant think of anything that Ive done to keep these dreams coming back year on year.

For the record, ive never murdered anyone and hidden them in my parents back garden.

I dont ever dream of murdering the people, Im just aware that I probably did, but that Im the only one that knows about the bodies, usually they arent even buried, they are in like a crypt of some sort.

Maybe sexual frustration or you regret something you've done with your previous gf/bf.

The fact that it has come up on a number of ocassions does suggest that whatever it is, is still affecting you.

Wow I thought I was the only weird one about having dreams of murdering women and hiding their bodies. Always horrible when you wake up in the morning and you really think you have done these things
