A guy has been shot and slashed with a machete

Saw this via another forum. Has anyone else seen this?

Seems to be a lot of debate about the authenticity of it - I'm currently halfway through reading, but must say the supposed machete wound certainly doesn't look right :confused:

Machete's are not usually sharp, they rely on weight to cut - strange that it is such a shallow wound

they fired it out of a cannon, technically you dont get "shot" either because "shot" as a type of ammunition loaded into cannons right?

He says he spent 2 days in hospital (spent a week with a badly broken ankle) and that he was able to drive.
Whilst nothing is impossible I don't believe he has been shot.

Edit: I'm no doctor, but surely his abdominal muscles would be sevearly damaged not to mention intestine and from where the gauze is his kidney. Intestinal damage warrants more than 2 days in hospital...
