You need to load as many nations and leagues as you can, I can't remember mine off the top of my head, on my phone in work right now but I think I've got, Brazil, Belgium, Germany, Holland, England, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Greece, Russia. Maybe one of two more.
You start unemployed as Semi-pro experience. You'll probably get offered a job at some bottom league Portuagese side. Now for the challenge... Every time you are offered a new job you have to accept it. If you are sacked from a job the first job you get offered or the first from an application you have to take (if you are sacked you can not apply to top flight teams).
The idea is to get yourself offered a job at a top flight team of what ever European League which you accept. With that team your aim is to do the double, win the league and CL. Once you have done that you resign or apply to vacant / insecure job at a top flight club in a different country. I think resigning straight after will probably be easiest to get a job at a different club else where.
So for example, I manage a couple of seasons and get offered the job at QPR who are in the PL, I have to win both the PL and CL in one season with them. Now that I've done that I quit and apply for the vacant manager job at Valencia.
The overall aim is to gain a double in every EU nation you have available with different teams.
I know it seems long and weird, but I think constant changes of club in different nations it will be exciting and when you finally get a top flight job it'll be a challenge especially if its a weak team.
