Introducing Zalman's third and final cooler to sport the CNPS10X moniker, the CNPS10X FLEX. The FLEX (or flexible) version is supplied without fans. This gives you the flexibility to use any 120mm fan(s) you see fit.
Also with the FLEX it is possible to install up to two 120mm fans unlike the EXTREME and QUIET versions which only can accommodate a single 120mm fan, giving you the potential to have either an extremely quiet CPU cooling solution or one that provides powerful cooling.

thats a nice price for the board, but because it doesnt have lucid virtu its worth spending the extra money on the asus P8Z68-V or asrock Z68 extreme4 because you'll end up saving the extra money on your electric bill

I think he means that it doesn't enable the true CPU power saving features as it doesn't have the lucid virtu:

Its GPU virtualization dynamically assigns tasks to the best available graphics resources based on power, performance and system load on Windows® 7 based PCs. When no discrete graphics are needed, the graphics card is put in idle mode to lower utilization, heat, fan speed and power draw down to near zero, making the system more environmentally-friendly. Thanks a lot, u've made my life living hell again, was just going to get ga-990xa-ud3 with 955 phenom, life is so unfair :D
